Hotel Best Andorra Center - Andorra la Vella

We had an enjoyable stay with spacious and clean rooms. A great breakfast buffet with lots of variety. I was disappointed with the cleanliness under the beds.

Quaint low-budget place, it has great location close enough to Andorra la Vella by shuttle from Barcelona Airport as well as the city center and the bus station.

The room was clean, cleaning staff friendly, location excellent, breakfast very good, wifi available, pool-sauna open, rate excellent - had a great stay

The evening buffet was impressive, featuring succulent seafood options like crab and shrimp that delighted our palates. The complimentary beverages in our room were a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed.

Very friendly excellent staff at front desk, cafeteria and restaurant. I arrived really late around 2300 hours, and although the restaurant was closed, the lady at the front desk called the sous chef and had him make some sandwiches for me. I really wish that this level of professionalism and service could be imitated by similar hotels in Spain and France. Breakfast was ample with many items

The common areas on the room floors were really hot. Andorra was experiencing a heat wave, so I do not believe that the hotel management anticipating how stifling the common areas would be because they were not air-conditioned

Inconsistent cleaning service, noisy at night, slow check-in

The hotel was Ok but I am sorry to say that the A/C didn't work although we reported the fact, but on the whole it was suitable for us, that is my hisband self and adult son. It was the son's room that was not clened and had NO A/C for the 3 nights we were there. Shame otherwise the breakfasts were very acceptable adn we would stay again.

In the garage there were items stacked against a fire hydrant which my husband and son had to move because of getting the car out.Surely this would be a fire hazard for you

The breakfast was good but the dinning room was far to hot.

The girl on the front desk ,who was to busy on paper work to deal with the public.

The gym was well-equipped, and I loved the rooftop pool with hydro massage! Enjoyable spa access. A great bar vibe at night.

Our third overnight stop here and room and food were both excellent as on previous occasions.

The pool was cold so we were unable to swim this time.

Breakfast was good, location in city centre, parking right underneath hotel.

We apparently got the "budget" room. Obsolete snowy tv, very poor light. Spa facilities only open at times that are no use to guests who stay only one night.

Located in the city centre but no traffic noise, easy to walk to shops & restaurants etc. Great room with 2 double beds & air con. Roof top pool, jacuzzi, sauna & gym which was great. Superb buffet breakfast & great value for money all round.

No wifi in the rooms, had to sit in reception to use it.

Would recommend for getting around area

Comfortable room, ample breakfast, with a wide selection including eggs and pancakes. An really good spa with a steam room and Turkish bath.
